The interior of BAO was designed by a team of renowned design masters – YOD Design Studio. The architects were inspired by a bamboo forest and created a ceiling installation made of rails, connecting the lobby and bar areas.
The interior of the restaurant impresses with a combination of modern design and elements of Chinese culture, creating a cozy atmosphere.
Our team
Hector was born and raised in Colombia. Since childhood, thanks to his mother, he developed an interest in cooking. Following the call of his heart and his love for fine cuisine, Hector received a diploma with honors from the culinary academy in Bogotá. Hector's main credo is «Follow your dream, work hard and do everything so that you will be remembered.» During his stay in Asia, he very was inspired by deep culture and opened an ultra-modern JSC restaurant in Kyiv. Each dish is an author's masterpiece of Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo.
