A special dessert with the symbol of Ukraine
The sunflower has long become a special symbol of Ukraine — it personifies life, indomitability and the ability to be reborn. Since 2014, the sunflower has also become a symbol of memory of the defenders who gave their lives for the independence of Ukraine.
For Independence Day, we created “Sunflower” — a dessert in the shape of the symbol of the same name. Delicate mousse made of caramelized chocolate, peach compote and crispy praline made of roasted sunflower seeds.
