We are pleased to invite you on an enogastronomic journey through the world of French champagne Moёt & Chandon, taking place on November 7 at 7 PM, at BAO – Modern Asian Cuisine Restaurant.
The evening’s program includes a tasting of 4 unique champagnes, guided by sommelier Ivan Bachuryn. Each champagne will be paired with a carefully selected dish:
- Moёt & Chandon Rosè Impèrial – dorado sashimi with pink pitahaya sauce
- Moёt & Chandon Impèrial – "Black Queen" oysters
- Moёt & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 – grilled octopus with sweet potato purée
- Moёt & Chandon Nectar Impèrial – Tiramisu dessert
