The evening at VAO turned into an evening of taste and atmosphere - this is exactly what our acquaintance with the new menu was like with Hector Jimenez-Bravo.
From the very first courses, the guests received unforgettable impressions - elegant, deep and at the same time very warm. Hector presented the updated menu, talking about the philosophy of each position and the stories behind the new combinations.
The sommelier complemented the dinner with a wine tasting, precisely matched to the nature of the dishes, and live music performed by Liliana Ravrukh created a soft rhythm of the evening - light, but full of emotions.
This is an event where everything was in harmonious combination.
