Hector was born and raised in Colombia. From childhood, thanks to his mother, he developed an interest in cooking.
Following the call of his heart and love for haute cuisine, Hector received an honors degree at the Culinary Academy in Bogota.
Hector’s main credo is “Follow your dream, work hard and do everything so that you are remembered.”
During his stay in Asia, he was very inspired by the deep culture and opened an ultramodern restaurant ВAO in Kiev.
Each dish is an original masterpiece by Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo.
